He just makes me feel comfortable. He jokes as he causing me pain, which helps in away release some of the pain. Main reason my good friends used him an where very pleased. I referred a good friend & he told how please he was as well..

Kind staff and nurses, but when I was seen by the doctor he was kind with words but was very rough with my injury, and downplayed how bad it was. (Maybe he has seen much worse) But I had just been stitched up that same day and had a nail pulled out and I don't feel as if he cared about my pain or concerns.
