I booked an appointment. There was a heavy rain and traffic, so it took me an hour and 30 minutes to get there instead of an hour. And when I called them to let them know that I’m almost there, but just 10 minutes late, the doctor said that I have to reschedule. I asked to figure something out, because my knee hurts a lot and I spent so much time on the road already. But they just don’t care. According to some reviews it usually takes doctor 1-3 minutes to review a patient. Don’t open appointment if you can’t give enough time for your patients or let them know IN ADVANCE that if you are 10 minutes late, you will have to reschedule. Mean, disrespectful trash office.

Dr. Galano is the best. No nonsense and hands down the best doctor around.
