Dr. Gustavo Bustamante, MD

Dr Bustamante was recommended to me by a dear friend who has seen him over the years. Excellent Care and took the time to answer all of my questions. There aren't many doctors like him left, who make you feel important and aren't trying to rush you out the door.

I have had two surgeries under Dr. Bustamante ' s care, and would choose him again if a third was required. He is very communicative and explained my surgery and the types of mesh available for me to choose from, as well as telling me which HE would chose to use for my procedure and why. He spent more than ample time with me during my office visit and didn't make me feel rushed as is so common these days. He spoke directly to my wife post-op, and personally called the day following surgery to see how I was doing and to schedule my 10 day follow up appointment. I have highly recommended Dr. Bustamante to several people over the last 6 years since my first surgery, and shall continue to do so wholeheartedly. He is what doctors used to be and should be, caring, communicative knowledgeable and experienced, all with a wonderful old-fashioned bedside manner.

I would definitely choose this Doctor again. Had a hernia procedure done; was able to get seen quickly and get the insurance red tape worked through by his staff. His expert skills had me back to normal within a reasonable time. He was thorough in his explanations and what to expect.
