Dr. Hal Clifford Clark, MD

She answers the phone most days. She lied to me , I caught her in the lie by way of my insurance company. They continued to put the wrong number in about what was done by Dr. Clark . She called me telling me it was my problem not theirs. Rudest woman I've ever met ! She said I had a 90$ bill my insurance hadn't covered so I called them this is how I caught the lie. She told me because they didn't pay this bill I must pay the 90$ up front in order to see the Dr. I said I don't have it she said find another doctor .. just as hateful as I've ever been talked to by a medical office !my insurance lady called her because I said I'm not because she treated me awful.she told me they told her I'd been told to find another doctor . That came before I was told I couldn't come unless I had 90$. I'm on a fixed income and barely survive. Dr Clark was okay ... But he didn't have any patience or much of a personality. He is a good doctor but the owner of the place is hateful rude and mean !! You'll… see if you ever have a problem with your insurance. Good luck. I see why they have no business. I love Dr. Clark, and his staff is amazing.

this is office is good if your in a pinch and need to be seen right away.the wait time is short and quick.the staff is rude and uncaring they give short rude answers to questions.the doctor does not do through exams he ask a couple questions throws a piece of paper at you and says heres whats wrong.

Not warm and cozy,but that is not what I want in a DR. Spends as much time as it takes with the patient. Polite and nit chummy,which makes it easy to approach him regarding anything.I am a nurse and I find him to be on top of things and very good with patient education.

i wish i never went their,i have been going to him for almost a yr now an i still have the same prob. i did whn i wnt he will not refer me to another doc.he doesnt even look at you when yr talking to him.plainly put hes rud when he talks to you an the place is nasty
