Horrible receptionist go back to wherever you came from DISREPECTFUL TO PATIENTS YOU CATER TO US..THE PATIENTS LIKE IT OR NOT . Happy to say MS,NASTY'S Days at that office are numbered. The doctor is great .I like him alot.

I called to schedule an appointment and was given the option for either 4:00 or 5:00. I chose 5. I get there and I’m waiting for over an hour and still wasn’t seen. There were about 4 people ahead of me. When I asked the secretary why I haven’t been seen yet she was very RUDE!!! People who were just walking in were being seen and I was left there with no answers. The employees are horrible. Even though the doctor is amazing his staff is horrible!! I called the office back to speak to the doctor and one of the secretary’s answered, when I asked her a question she said unfortunately patients don’t ask question and told me to shut up and hung up the phone on me. I would not reccomend this office to anybody.

The doctor is extremely courteous and very accurate with his diagnosis. He spends time with his patients and is very kind and obviously experienced. However, I'm writing this review the discuss the unbelievably unprofessional and rude receptionist that answers the phone. I have never experienced such disrespect in my life. I called to make an appointment for my grandfather and she started out by saying "I know your grandfather very well and he does not have any patience!" How dare she speak that way about a patient? And to top it off, when I reacted to her rude statement, she told me I needed an attitude adjustment and hung up the phone in my face! I'm shocked and appalled that people like this have careers in the customer service field. My point is this, beware of the nasty receptionist when making your appointment!!!
