Great service, I was seen on time, which has improved drastically from years in the past. Brittany was super helpful and able to answer all my questions in regards to my condition and medication. I felt like she really listened to me and cared about my current health and my future health as well.

Unfriendly staff. You hardly ever see the doctor. Most of the times are doc assitands. sometimes he not even there. They are always on a rush. Not a friendly staff. Apparently employee dont stay to long.

Unprofessional children working there. Doctor never seen there at all. They did everything wrong in my visits. Rude as well.

Extremely unprofessional place. Labs always ruined, and never helped the issues.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF WITH RUIN YOUR DAY! I can not emphasize enough how horrible the staff in Urgent Care Miami / Dr. Mones practice is, the wait time is ridiculous please call out of work because it will take up your whole work day. The staff must be all underage frat students with no experience in basic manners or common sense what so ever. I can not see how any one in the staff would ever even be employed by Mc.Donalds let alone a Doctors office that is suppose to reflect the complete opposite of what the atmosphere they provide. If you are feeling ill, please avoid this office it will only make your day worse!

I had horrible time with them. I am not recommend to anyone. It is the first time I hear that the patient need find a results of the tests that they lost it . And after they find it , they give you the options to see the results after 20 days . Or pay 3 times more of the normal price to get it .

Great staff

The staff and doctors at Miami Urgent Care are wonderful. I went in at 6pm (without an appointment) for a bad sore throat, and I was able to be seen that day. I understand that I didn't have an appointment, so I did wait a while, but at least I didn't' have to wait until the following day! I had such a great experience, I have made them my primary care source. They are very pleasant and thorough.

Most importantly the doctors, nurses & assistants know what they are doing. They ask questions & listen to my response before making their diagnosis. I feel safe here, like they truly care about my well being. The staff is friendly & very helpful. My only complaint is regarding wait times, although I must give them credit in that they have gotten better about this recently. Obviously an area they are working on. I don't live in Coral Gables anymore, but I drive all the way from Neeorth Beach regardless. It is hard to find a good doctor in Miami. When you find one... They are worth the drive.
