This was my first time seeing Dr Norwood as my primary care physician. She was so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and concerned about my wellbeing. I am glad I chose her for my primary care provider.

Dr. Norwood was extremely pleasant. This was my first time meeting her and I thoroughly enjoyed her attention to my concerns as well as concerns that came up during my exam. She has an amazing calming and reassuring energy that is great to have at these appointments when you can be feeling anxious.

Overall, I had a good appointment. Doctors tend to try and "force" you to accept recommended treatment, instead of being mindful of concerns I have about the options. I was told the treatment outweighed my concerns, which is really up to me not the doctor since I have to live with the side effects and what it does to my body. However, I was pleased with the promptness to address several health problems I'm dealing with right now, so I'm willing to do another visit to see if the care provided is the same, better, or worse. Ultimately, it's important to me that I feel understood and that I have a say in my own care.
