When you have so many positive things to say its difficult to express. I am so glad I researched this doctor before my surgery, he and his professional team amazed me how they came together to meet me and my family to discuss the procedure and just what to expect. He was very thorough before my breast surgery. I was in one day and out the next and I felt great. I cannot see the incision, it looks invisible because Dr. Kuerer is so precise with his hands. His Medical Nurse, Hanna was very knowledgeable about this procedure and gave very good advice when asked. The Medical Oncologist, Dr. Brewster and her Nurse Nicole provided professional information and medication. I wish everyone who requires breast surgery to call upon Dr. Kuerer and his team. An amazing doctor. I cannot say enough.

Dr. Kuerer is a truly a doctor that cares and has compassion. He takes time to listen, explain and includes you in the decision making.

Let me start this review by saying, I am a physician's worst nightmare as a patient. I married to a doctor, but I am also a hospital administrator. For those of you who donâ??t know what this means, I am similar to a food critic of hospitals and doctors. I nit pick every little gesture from the greeting at the reception desk to a doctorâ??s bedside manner. Sometimes I watch the Iron Chef on TV, and I feel really sorry for the contestants, I realize that I could never pass the scrutiny of the crazy panel of judges. Ok, so you got my driftâ?¦ I decided to write this review to say that Dr. Kuerer and his team at MD Anderson are the bomb! He is the most caring and patient-oriented physician, I have ever met in my 17 years of working in the medical field. I was truly blessed to be his patient. When, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I read as many of Dr. Kuerer's clinical papers from the National Institute of Health (NIH) that I could locate; ranging from nipple-sparing… mastectomies to the prevalence of breast cancer in various ethnic populations. When I met Dr. Kuerer and his physician assistant, Hannah Bomar, I was pleasantly surprised. Their bedside manner was outstanding. They calmed my fears and answered all of my numerous questions about my breast cancer. They immediately put my fears at rest. I actually had to hush my own husband (stop him from being a physician), so I could listen to Dr. Kuerer's calming words of wisdom. I felt that God blessed him with the correct name "Cure." If you are looking for a Dr. and you are recently diagnosed with breast cancer, I would not hesitate to direct you to Dr. Kuerer and his team. Google him and research his qualifications, they are impeccable. I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Exceptional physician, extremely experienced, to the point, very efficient, honest and very caring!! So happy I was able to get an appt with Dr. Kuerer!!
