Dr. Henry Alexander Milczuk Jr, MD

We had an appointment this morning and due to highways around the region closing due to accidents and a suicidal person I arrived about 8 minutes late and my son was about 14 minutes late. Even though the paperwork that we received said that if we were more than 15 minutes late we would need to reschedule and we were under that 15 minutes he refused to see us. His staff was well aware about highway closures and were understanding and informed him of it but he still refused even after we pleaded. No empathy for a sick child. His policy was more important than the health of a child even though we were under the 15 minute policy. The worst part was that he was behind schedule and wouldn't have been able to see my son even had he arrived on time. Stay away.

This was an unbelievable bad experience from the get go where he belittled me and degraded me for asking questions I knew from the start that it was going to be a problem but he was the head of the department and that I thought he would respect what we wanted .That was all ignored I told him many times and even have documented paperwork that states I did not want my daughter to be cut in the neck and he assured me that he would go through the throat. They never came out and told us anything just that the surgery was going as planned. In the end a surgery that was not life threatening ended up being an invasive non needed huge cut in the neck. This was never even discussed with us. I would never go to this Doctor he is awful with the worst God mentality that I have ever seen. We are doing all we can to prevent this from happening to others. Please go somewhere elseI only have one star because I have to rate something or it won't be documented. I come from a family of Doctors and I know… his behavior is unexceptable He should not be able to practice medicine
