She was extremely rude. She made me feel like I was not valued at all as a patient. She does not listen to a patient. She has a very condescending manner.

I called this office to have my child looked at for a second opinion because I wasn't confident with the other ophthalmologist. The Doctor didn't have very many openings available so I scheduled my child for the next available appointment. A few days later the office contacted me because they had a cancellation in their schedule and the Doctor was able to see my child sooner. The office staff was very pleasant and the Doctor was very thorough.

It was obvious the lady answering the phone was unhappy in some way because she was not polite and made me feel like they did not want my business. So, even though I chose this office for their 4 star rating, I will go somewhere else.

changed docs 3 years ago because my daughter in law was working at another opthamologist. Dr. Carlson is far better. low drama, kinder, gentler, a feeling of being a person and not just a patient, sometimes it is better to do what is best for me rather than support a relative. going back to Dr. Carlson was a huge step in the right direction

I had strabismus surgery in June. Dr, Carlson explained EVERYTHING to me about my condition, the surgery and the recovery. She's a very nice lady and her office staff is wonderful and friendly, I'm very happy with the results of the surgery and would definitely recommend her to anyone else looking for an Ophthalmologist.

I am very satisfied with the care I received. Everyone in the office have been great. I could not have been treated better. I would recommend Dr. Carlson to family and friends.
