Dr. Chung is excellent doctor - knowledge wise, accurate, and finding solution; sometime had to wait at lobby for awhile. Blood lab tech was great.

She tries to talk you into procedures you're not even interested in. Her staff told me that my copay had increased by $5 and charged me the extra $5 for that visit and the previous one. When I checked into it and found that there wasn't an increase, the staff person gave my several reasons why I couldn't get my $10 back. I never did get it back.

She's a great doctor, she follows up and calls me and, she goes to meet me. She is NOT money hungry, she just believes that she should meet all the paitients first and then see what's going on. She does NOT barely speak english. She's pretty good for herself. She doesn't force you to take this or that just whatever makes you feel better, that's a real doctor

She can just barely speak English !! How this woman passed her boards is a mystery to me. When I am trying to explain something, she seems to not understand or just doesn't seem to care. Visits are very rushed even when there are few patients outside waiting. Tries to sell me BOTOX when I'm in there for an annual physical. Just generally very rough and curt. Will never go there again and pray others don't.

Ingrid Chung is a true doctor in the sense she has the skills it takes to be a doctor but also a kind compassionate heart of a healer. She prayed with me at the end and I was in tears. She was able to diagnose me when other doctors at the ER could not. She listened, asked questions, was very attentive, and gave great suggestions. Because of her I am healed body, mind, and soul.
