C. Mueller has been my doctor for several years, and I'm extremely disappointed in the way she handled my complaints about her staff. It was completely unprofessional when I requested for C. Mueller to call me back only for her staff to disregard my requests. The staff neglected to inform Mueller that I needed to speak to her and discuss my recent health tests.On top of all this, C. Mueller told me that she promised to call me back with the results and never received any phone calls from her. Because of this, I am not going back to this office again. I am tired of being treated as if I'm annoying or demanding because I need information in regards to my health.

Love Dr. Bachman. He is a fantastic doctor and knows his stuff. Went to him when a previous GYN couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me and Dr. Bachman figured it out immediately.

I went to see Dr. Irather Bachman at age 60 in 2012 for heavy post menapausal bleeding I never, to my knowledge went through menapause.Dr.Bachman did 2D+C and a hysterostomy.In 2013 I told him I wanted a hysterectomy.He scheduled it for Nov.7 I ended up in the E.D. with left pleural effusion, a chest tube. A very elevated CEA.my internist called the oncologist OBGYN I had ovarian cancer she did a hysterectomy I had chemotherapy. All could have been avoided if Dr.Bachman had done a hysterectomy from the beginning I have past the statue of limitation to file a medical malpractice suit.however I say run if he is recommended.

Dr. Bachman is an amazing Doctor who makes you feel comfortable and explains things in detail. He listens and answers all of your questions. It is only because of him I continue to come to his practice. Unfortunately, some of his front desk staff are very rude, answer the phone with an attitude and are not courteous at all.

Dr. Bachman used to be great, but not so anymore. He no longer has a good bedside manner and seems worn out. His receptionists are horrible and mean women who huff and puff when they have to do something. His nurse practioner is too casual and has difficulty administering an injection. I'm done with this office after 18 years.

I have been seeing Dr Bachman for more than 10 years. He is thorough, caring , personable and has a very calm pleasant demeanor. i have had him deliver my children as well as had him perform surgery on me .though it was my first surgery, I was completely calm bec i have total trust in his medical capabilities. Not only is he an outstanding physician but most importantly he takes the time to really listen so you get the best medical care possible

Besides the rude staff, everything else was fine. His office is simple thought... He was very gentle in doing the procedure. Very careful and talks through everything. Great in explaining and appropriate treatment was done.
