Very thorough and doesn't seem rushed when you ask a question. Explains everything so you'll understand. Actually takes her time to listen. I definitely recommend Dr. Kuo.

My surgery with her before COVID was excellent. I have a very unusual shaped eye and she was thorough explaining everything to me before surgery and the first day afterwards. She was kind enough to see me and other patients for our final check up during COVID even when my friends' doctors were closed. Kudos to Dr. Kuo and her staff.

When I saw her for surgery consultation, I had just left another suegeon's office where the surgeon's assistant talked to me the most and told me only about one lens that I would have to pay a lot for. Until I met Dr Kuo, I didn't know different lenses were available. Dr. Kuo explained all the options to me. Thanks, Dr. Kuo!!

She treats patients and her staff with great respect. I think how she treats people "beneath" her says a lot about how she is toward people in general. She has a great sense of humor and actually remembers everything about her patients and their families. She operated on my cataracts then did LASIK on a family member. She is excellent.

spends time with patients discussing the risks and benefits of surgery and what is involved. many surgeons have nurses or secretary talk to patients about these things but Dr. Kuo spends time talking to patients and it really helps.

Dr. Kuo performed my eye surgery (cataract lens) and she did a wonderful job. My vision improved tremendously and had no problem. Some of my friends who had surgery done by some other doctors ran into all kind of problems and some had their vision degraded. Dr. Kuo is a real professional, attention to details and is one of the top cataract surgeon in the US. She has a great reputation and deserves every bit of it.

She is an expert surgeon (my wife had surgery by her). Also accurately diagnosed and treated my problems. She has excellent bedside manner. She and her office are great!
