Been going there for years, always very excellent care and customer service.

Dr. Velez has been my OB/GYN for 19 years. I always feel at ease during my appointment. She is exceptional at what she does. I love her.

All for of our children were delivered by Dr Velez. She is absolutely the best at what she does.

Don't give her your business. She pays her employees under the table and treats them poorly.

I became a patient of Dr. Velez in September, 2012. She is a God send. I had been experiencing some health problems and needed to have a doctor with whom I felt confident that they would take care of me and not make me feel insignificant. She takes the time to explain everything so that you are totally aware of what is transpiring. I am so thankful to my mother for recommending Dr. Velez to me. I highly recommend Dr. Velez.

Dr. Velez herself was nice. Nothing to write home about. The entire office was unprofessional, and kind of dirty. The girl at the front desk charged me for a copay, when I should not have had to pay one. (My ins. covers yearly appt for gyno). When I tried to hand her the $30 for specialist copay, she informed me that it was now $50. She refused to take a check or debit card, and I had to go across the street to the hospital to hit the ATM for the extra $20. I am sure she then pocketed it, because half of the office staff looked like they have already served jail time. While I was getting my exam, some nurse walked into the room without knocking, and then stood there talking with the door open while I am sitting there with my legs in the stirrups. There was nothing left to do except stare at the crusty Tom Cruise poster they had hanging over the exam table. The whole office just looked dirty, like they're performing back-alley abortions or something. I should have run as soon as the… receptionist stole my 50 bucks, as it was a harbinger of things to come. Oh well, lesson learned! Always read reviews before you go to a new doctor!

Phenomenal Doctor, Outstanding staff and family environment!

Dr. Velez Delivered all four of our health children. With our last baby,I was labeled high risk she took the time to explain step by step with us..She knows us by name, She is thee most caring and loving doctor i have ever met. She actually laid in the bed with me to help me breast fed our daughter. Our last baby was in the Nicu, I called to check on him and the Nicu nurse said *Dr Velez is in the rocking him to sleep* I broke down in tears, she is awesome and we love her dearly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Velez's for 18 years. She took me on as an OB patient even though her calendar was full. And, when I went into labor on New Year's Eve in 1993, Dr. Velez left family & friend in another state to be at the hospital to deliver my son. She is a magnificent, caring conscious professional with an open medical mind & a big heart. Dr. Velez cares deeply for her patients & is a staunch advocate for women's health. She has the best bedside manner of any physician I ever had.

The only staff member that seemed to truly care and take time was Mary. She remembers my name, takes the time to explain things and gasp! Actually Smiles..... Dr. Velez may be very educated and experienced but she either has too many ppatients or poor scheduling skills. Most of my appointment wait times were over an hour after the first two. They bungled a miscarriage I had - everyone had a diff opinion of whether I was still pregnant. Not fun. Nothing personal against the dr. again, I just think she could use better support and a better scheduling system so the waiting room is not so full.
