She is professional and seems competent, but she is all clinical business and not personable. Appointments consist of her systematically going down a list of questions and typing your answers in silence. There is not much engagement or back-and-forth interaction, so the feeling of a doctor-patient relationship is none. At the end of her interrogation, she asks "Do you have any questions?" and then the appointment is over. She seems to have a large patient base and scheduling can be tricky occasionally.
