Rude staff every time I call the office. Doctor never follows up with a call after blood work.

BEWARE...Rude staff, have to call two to three times, sometimes more just to get a prescription filled. They do not care if you waist your own time to go pick up a prescription they said would be called in that day, only to find out you have no prescriptions to pick up. In addition, they have a receptionist who is very rude, uneducated and very unreliable. Especially if you have to go through her to get a prescription or an appointment. Worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. So happy to finally be done with this place.

Very nice greeting from receptionist. Dr Selaru is great! Followed her from crossroads medical group because I liked her so much from that office. Would highly recommend her to any new patient. My husband sees her too.

I have known Dr. Selaru for 5 years now. Initially I would see her when my doctor will not have an opening, which happened quite a bit. She is the one who manages my diabetes, high blood pressure and others. I do not agree with the comment posted on Oct 2011 as she is quite precise in making a diagnosis. More than that she is accurately following the medical guidelines. It happened that she was the one to tell me about my Diabetes Diagnosis though I had it for some time and did not know. The diagnosis was based on the current American Endocrine Society diagnostic criteria and she was right? She is the one who was giving me insight about this disease. She is always citing the studies and medical care guidelines and I have known her for quite a while( I switched to her as my primary doctor for that matter).Very professional, knowledgeable, focused on patient education about their disease and always kind and smiling. To me that is enough to continue to recommend her as a Primary Care.

During a required exam to renew my meds, she diagnosed diabetes without seeing me before. My high blood pressure issue was not addressed. She berated the nurse practitioner who saw me for 2 yrs & left suddenly-- I cried & asked to be treated with more respect-- she threw me out of her office & out of the whole medical group where I had gone for many years

I have been to her a couple of times and I love her.. She follows up, calls up about ure labwork and takes the time to talk to you and doesnt rush you.. Has been a great experience..

Would recommend this physicain. Very attentive and the office follows up with their patients. Ashley she is conservative when it comes to ordering exams, which is a good thing.

I visited Dr. Selaru 2 and 1/2 years ago for a skin rash that a nurse practioner at a walk-in clinic told me looked like lyme disease. Dr. Selaru quickly told me that it was not a tick bite but probably a bite from another insect. The skin was infected so she presribed 10 days of augmentin. In hind sight, once I was diagnosed with lyme disease 4 months later by another doctor, Dr. Selaru handled this simple visit very poorly. She could have requested a blood test just to make sure but she was so positive of her diagnosis. However, she did have to look in her "medical dictionary" to figure out what antibiotic to prescribe. I would NEVER recommend a doctor of her incompetence to anyone!
