Dr. Jamal Fadhil Ali, MD

I have had experience with three other neurologists and Dr Jamal Ali ranks first on my list. He is thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and caring. He has assisted me with navigating through best care and practices for my condition and provides beautiful encouragement to help me achieve a higher level of desired results at each visit. He always takes the time required to ensure I understand the complexities of autoimmune disease and has played an important role in getting my newest diagnosis (multiple myeloma) seen by the appropriate physician for clearance for ASCT. I cannot begin to express my sincere gratefulness. I am so blessed to have him as my personal neurologist.

Office doesn't work as a team and they will lie to your face. They do not keep their word. Why take notes if you're not responsible enough to keep and read them.

Dr Ali listens to questions, explains the effects of medications, and spends the time you need to understand the problem. The staff has always been polite and caring. The fact he makes time for you when you're in pain is very important to me.

Once Dr Ali gets something set in his head that is it!!! He doesnt listen to you!! He thinks he knows everything and you know nothing sbout your body!!!!

Dr. Ali has been treating me and my family for about 10 yrs. During that time he has been extremely caring and supportive of our conditions. The promptness of an appointment is great, he spends as much time with me as he needs to do the best he can explaining my condition and cure or help. I have a lot of respect for him and his staff.

I thought he was very thural in checking out my problem! was a little pushy about when I gave an answer to his question! He seemed like he wanted me to say something else! Did not answer my questions very well ! Wants me to have botox injections but did not explain what exactly they will do to help my problem except to joke & say it will get rid of yur wrinkles & don't sue me if they don't work & laughed about it!!!I hope he is certified to give these injections , I really need to relieve this pain . I have a Chiari Malformation.

despite I needed to wait 5 minutes, he was very caring and right on the ball, I can't trust anyone more than him to manage my medical issues.

I would not recommend Dr. Ali to anyone. He was rude and uncaring when I went to see him after having a SAH. He wouldn't look at the CD that I brought from a Ct scan that I had at the hospital from a few days before. He wouldnt let me say anything. He told me "Just answer the three questions that I ask you." He didnt want to write a prescription for anything for the headaches I am having since having my skull opened and brain clipping four weeks ago. When he finally gave me a prescription for a small amount of pain medicine I took it to a pharmacy to be filled and they wouldnt fill it because he didnt put his DEA number on it. Use your own decision if you would want to be treated as a patient like this.Now I know why it was so easy to get an appointment with him when the other neuroligist in town that I really wanted to see took 2 months to get an appointment.
