I’ve been a patient of Dr. Charles for over 30 years. I’ve suffered from migraines & Dr. Charles was the only doctor that was able to cure me. Through his expertise & knowledge! Presently I’m seeing him for headaches again & I’m confident with the new medicine & injection administered to me, I will improve. I will only see Dr. James Charles as I have 100% faith in him. I recommend him without any hesitation.

Saw this man today about Covid neurological issues. Didn’t listen. Was more concerned about my weight. Literally told me I’m fat. Rude, unprofessional. Did absolutely NOTHING for me. Poor excuse for a doctor

Went years misdiagnosed until I saw Dr. Charles. He is Brilliant! Dr. Charles turned my life around, I would be lost without him!!!

Easily annoyed or frustrated, especially if he believes your problem is trivial or "in you head" or related to stress. Will also badmouth other caring doctors. Many other better neurologists

Dr. Charles doesn’t care about patients complaints or Symptoms .He stopped by and spent about a minute in the consultation room to ask me a really stupid question M’I faking my sickness??? I felt like he should be my patient instead of me going to him .Just your Insurance Matter. Very noisy staff kept slamming doors,laugh very loud increased my symptoms....Horrible.

Did not focus in on what I was asking about and he says he is a headache specialist. Seems wrapped up in his own thoughts and ideas. Strange way about him. Did not help me. The visit was a waste of time.

Since he is so inept he believes all problems and illnesses are due to his patients needing psychiatric help. His nurse whispered to me to get a second opinion asap! Went for second opinion and found out what is really wrong and am being treated perfectly.
