Very Satisfied with Dr Hall's Care. Always get me an appointment in a timely fashion. Addresses my concerns in a very prompt manner, and is very careful in prescribing medications for the right reasons

Horrific experience! This man should not be doing this

Every visit with Dr. Hall proved that he couldn’t care less about my wellbeing; I always felt like just another number to him. The most important thing to them was collecting my money; on multiple occasions, they charged me before billing the insurance, which resulted in me paying more than I should have. Trying to contact his office? You can just forget it. The line always goes straight to voicemail. The office staff once admitted that they intentionally don’t answer the phone. It was incredibly frustrating & upsetting to have had to play phone tag every time I needed to contact them. If you’re looking for quality care, do yourself a favor: find someone other than Dr. Hall.

While Dr. Hall himself isn't a bad doctor, he is quick to get you in and out of your appointment so don't expect to pour your heart out to this guy, it's impossible to have a good experience here because the booking process can be frustrating as he hires CHILDREN, literally high schoolers or interns?! to run the office, they know nothing about life yet or have the capacity to handle patients that may be suffering from severe mental issues. They lack the empathy, professional judgment and finesse it takes to deal with patients that need to communicate with the doctor in order to procure their medication. I've had 'miscommunications' with the front office staff on numerous occasions and can no longer put up with this frustration as it gives me anxiety and defeats the purpose of seeing a psychiatrist.

Dr.James Hall and his staff are both very professional, and I feel very grateful that I finally found a Dr. that listens and cares. Dr.James Hall really cares about his patients and it shows in the time he takes talking about all aspects of life. Great Dr. and great person. I am happy to have found a true professional, makes all the difference.

Not everyone wants to take medications for a mental health issue. What was great about Dr. Hall, was that he's wonderful at exploring those concerns and prescribing a medication that you're comfortable with and that will address your issue. His staff is not so great but I don't think he deserves any lower of a rating because of it.

Excellent doctor and staff. After the first 4 or 5 appointments with were full appointments I can only give 4-stars for spending time because doctors now have to see so many patients (I blame the insurance companies) it is hard for most doctors to spend a lot of time with their patients.
