Appointment time was honored and my experience with Dr. Houle was very professional. I would highly recommend his services.

Visit w Dr Houle was very good. Glad I could see him 2 days after I called. Unfortunately the audiologist was not there to do test. I had to return next day for that.

I waited 1.5 hours before deciding to leave without seeing him. Elderly patients screaming in the waiting room. Nobody knows what going on. Overbooked greed, no office management, and a non caring doctor. I could not have been worse

I have been with Dr. Houle, Dr. Liu, Dr. Bayrossi, Dr. Gracie & Dr. Heather for more than a decade. I was a physician in the past and only go to the best of the very best when it comes to my own care. Not only is each provider in the practice outstanding, they are very caring in general for their patients and I have always had excellent care. Dr. Houle is an outstanding clinician, completely brilliant with knowledge and always is outgoing to any of my concerns or questions no matter what the relevance. I feel very lucky and grateful to have such outstanding care.

Waited hour longer than appointment time in severe pain.Dr poked infected area caused excruciating pain,No medication given,no further treatment.Three minute Dr visit after hour plus wait. The pain of exam,excruciating,. No treatment .Prescription cost over $250 for Ear Drops.In pain for hours Never had medical treatment like this in my entire life.

Dr Houle is an astute diagnostician. I went to his office for what I believed to be chronic sinusitus He examined me and found that my primary disease was orbital cellulitis He sent me immediately to the ER I needed to be on intravenous IV to address this serious disease I credit him with saving my vision and preventing other complications from occurring Moreover his receptionists are incredible and responsive to people’s needs They recognized my need to be seen for extreme pain and got me an appointment the next day

The waiting was not worth it at all! First, he entered in the room without introducing himself or saying hello. I supposed he thinks he does not need to be polite with the patients who are actually PAYING for his service. Ok. I thought he was just unpolite but I was wrong. He was also unsympathetic, rude and not caring in such a way that I gave up on asking questions about my health issues. (Btw he did not care about the questions and was rushing me all the time). I just wanted to leave the office. Very very unprofessional. I left without a diagnostic or a solution for my problems and also with soooo many doubts and questions. Can not and will not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Suffering from an apparent sinus infection I searched for the first Dr who could get me in. Some were 2 weeks. Dr Houles staff got me in next day. Suffered a panic attack when the lidocaine(sp) numbed my throat....the nurse could not have been more caring and talked me out of it. Dr Houle not only was professional he was also quite humorous. Detailed my issue even showing me the screen showing the inside of my snoz. greate staff follow up when I requested lab culture follow up. just a great office experience

He is a caring, thorough diagnostician with excellent ratings from the best raters, i.e. Castle Connolly, Top Doctors. He does NOT test unnecessarily, nor suggest appointments just to keep you coming back

Extremely efficient office made appointment for the same day and was in and out. Dr. Houle was very Kind and Funny!! He took care of my issues and concerns and couldn't be more pleased with my outcome!
