Dr. Parolie is understanding, caring, knowledgable, spends as much time as needed with you and comes up with a plan as far as the most effective treatment for injury. Thoroughly,explains surgical procedure if needed and walks you through the method and technique he best believes will help you. His PA, Peggy is an asset to him; she's sweet friendly knowledgeable always accessible for questions/concerns pre-op to post-op RX refills physical therapy. If surgery is needed rest assure you are in great hands as well as have the luxury of having the surgery done up stairs on 2nd floor in a beautiful comfortable accessible surgery center and skip the aggravation of the typical hospital process.

I did something stupid and ended up hurting my shoulder/arm. I had never met Dr. Parolie, but Dr. Chang in his office had helped me with 2 hand surgeries previously, and my experience was definitely positive. I was not disappointed ... Dr. Parolie was Wonderful! Friendly and courteous, with a spot-on diagnosis, he was very informative and patient in explaining the issue and my options. The warmth of the office is everywhere, from the nurses, technicians and secretaries to Drs. Parolie, Chang and Vessa (whom I've met with so far) they all clearly put the patient first ... they listen and take the time to explain, coach and care. THIS is the Orthopedic Group to CHOOSE!
