Dr. James A. Singer, MD

Dr Singer has a very good bedside manner. I have had many colonoscopies done by him. He always explains the findings and gives information on what to do. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to any friends or family.

I have seen Dr. three times in maybe 15 years and he has always been great. The office staff and the nurses are also very nice everything goes very smoothly!

The attitudes of the staff kept me at ease for a procedure i wasn't comfortable with. I was very pleased with my experience.

The staff really made this whole experience very easy for me, especially, because this was my first time having a procedure of this sort.

All I can say, is that my visit was as pleasant as could be expected.

The doctor cancelled my first appointment the day of. Then he made a mistake on my records, saying that I had an irregular heart rate. When I saw this on the paper he sent home with me after my appointment, I called to find out for sure that this was a mistake. It took a week and a half of me calling for anyone to attempt to call back with an answer. I was then told when I called for my test results that they came back normal, and when I went to pick up a copy for myself I saw that this was not the case. I was treated very rudely each time I spoke with the office. They didnâ??t even have a record of my first few calls (although I spoke directly with staff to leave the messages) and had no apologies for their mistakes or the time I wasted trying to get them corrected. The doctor also refuses to answer ANY questions without an office visit, no matter how small, important, or beneficial for care of oneself until being able to get in for an appointment. This practice is negligent,… disorganized and seems not to care about anything but money. I wonâ??t trust my health to them again.

Dr. Singer is excellent. He has great bedside manner, very personable, takes as much time needed to explain treatments to you. I have been seeing him for 10 years now and I wouldn't trade him for the world. I hope he never retires.
