Dr. Stenhouse is a graduate of LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, 1982. He completed his residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He is licensed by the State of Louisiana and is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Stenhouse is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He is also a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and LA State Medical Society.

I've been a patient of Dr. Stenhouse for years. He is the best OBGYN ever. His bedside manners are AWESOME, he listens and not rush you out of his office and takes the time to make sure his patients are completely satisfied. The Staff is AWESOME as well. Christina is The ??.com. When I call or need something she goes out of her way to make sure it gets done with no hesitation. Everyone in his office is Great and I love all of them! Thanks for making an uncomfortable experience so nice and comfortable. On another note We are so SAD :( to see you go but we are happy that you are happy with your retirement. You are blessed and highly favored in the LORD and your retirement will be AWESOME. We will miss you dearly Dr. Stenhouse. LOVE YOU MUCH!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!:)

Dr. Stenhouse delivered my baby girl last June, and he did a fantastic job! He is soft spoken and so polite. Even though he is busy, he takes the time to talk to you and asks if you have any concerns. Also, he is very gentle during physical exams. My experience with him was excellent, and I highly recommend him.

I can not stand his staff, I believe they are rude. I know for a fact that the young nurse there doesn't know how to properly take a weight on the scale, which leaves me unsure of what she tells me when she measures blood pressure. They have never once called me with test results before me waiting more days than the doctor said to wait and me calling them first. I went to Dr Stenhouse because I remembered him as awesome from a visit years ago and was so glad I could see him again now that I am pregnant... I now regret that choice to go back to him but it's truly because of his new office set up(it feels like cows being herded) and his nursing staff... I'll be so glad when this is over and I never have to go there again.

Wonderful doctor. His waiting room is a little intimidating, being shared by many other doctors, but you are seen promptly.Dr.Stenhouse has always made me feel like I was the only patient in the world. Taking his time to explain every detail and listen carefully to all of your questions and concerns. It is refreshing this day and age to have a doctor that keeps up with the latest available treatments and gives the type of care that you would want to find in a doctor. Thank you so much Dr. Stenhouse.

I've had the opportunity to work with Dr. Stenhouse twice.I personally think that him and his staff are a wonderful group of people that you could easily adjust to in finding the comfort in your pregnancy that you may be searching for. He's caring, enduring, and always make sure that you would understand each stage of your process. During my labor and delivery I felt as if Dr. Stenhouse enjoyed his work as much as I enjoyed seeing my beautiful angels for the first time!!!! Thanks and remember he has all of my blessings
