Dr Ward has been very supportive of my multiple knee problems. He thoroughly explains with images the damages and the pros and cons of the treatment options while listening patiently to my thoughts. Excellent and caring Dr!

Dr Ward has done replacement surgery on both my shoulders and repaired my husband’s rotator cuff. He has addressed other medical questions over the past several years as well. With his speciality in sports medicine, I’m a bit pleasantly surprised with the sincere caring and abundant knowledge he shows dealing with this senior citizen! Not only am I pleased with his medical expertise (and that of the entire staff at Blue Ridge) he always leaves with ‘Call me if you need me’.

Dr Ward just repaired a torn labrum in my shoulder. He took his time to explain the procedure and what I could expect during my recovery. He’s a great surgeon and very personable.
