Dr. Janice Elaine Milligan, MD

I haven't been treated this well for decades. This office is run with efficiency and professionalism, and is equally warm and caring. I am deeply thankful to literally everyone at Dr. Milligan's office. They are The Real Deal!! Bravo!!

All her patients know you will spend a lot of time in the waiting room. The reason for this is simple. She takes her time to ask questions, give answers to questions, and make sure you get the best care she can give. Her staff has always been very helpful, professional, friendly.

The waits are sometimes long but overall, Doc is very good. Uses common sense. Maintains a very casual atmosphere which always helps in a doctor office. Love her!

I have been with Dr Milligan ever since i was in high school, i am now 39. Are you going to wait longer than expected? YES, because she takes the time to listen to her patients and answers their questions in language you can understand (i have seen several docs over the past 2 years for a condition that required surgery and i needed a medical dictionary to go visit them, not to mention they seemed upset when i asked them to clarify, and if i blinked my eyes the visit was over). So be prepared to wait, because the person in front of you is just as concerned about their condition as you are with yours. The receptionist and staff are not rude at all, they are an extremely busy office and must make efficient use of their time. If you are lucky enough to catch them at a lul in patients you will discover they are all quite nice. Bottom line, if you want a 'drive-thru' physician, this is not the Doc for you. But, If you want a Doc that takes her time and does things right by the… patient, then just be prepared to wait a little.

Dr. Milligan herself is great, however her staff, especially Karen, is especially rude, along with the women who answers the phone who cuts you off when you try to ask a question. I'm sorry Dr. Milligan, but my appointment today was my last with your office. The 2-4 hour wait is no longer worth my time if I am going to be talked down to by a receptionist.

Dr. Milligan has been my doctor for years.. YES she is worth the wait.

My wife and I were looking for a new doctor and her office was recommended by a friend, we made the next available appointment, about 3 weeks later. They scheduled us for an appointment at 11 am we waited till around 12:15 to ask how much longer it was going to be and the receptionist said that it would be at least 1-2 more hours before we could be seen as the Dr wasn't even there yet. She then went on to tell us that they tell all there patients that call to make appointment that they can expect a minimum 2-3 hour wait to even be seen. There is no way they told us that because if they had I would have kept moving along and found someone else. I don't know why they make appointments, I thought the point of an appointment was so u don't have to wait 2-3 hours. I sat patiently for a hour and a half. unacceptable! not to sound selfish but my time is precious and I'm sure yours is too. obviously we left and wasted a day taken off work.

Doctor's service is great.Wait time very long 1-3 hrs.Difficult to reach by phone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Janice Milligan for years. She has always treated me with total professionalism, and I completely trust her with my health care. I have had to wait on occasion to see her - but she has always fit me in no matter how minor or major my complaint was. I find that most people take the time to rate someone when they have something negative to say about someone - I wanted to take the time to say something positive because she and her staff deserve kudos of the best kind. :)
