Dr. Jason Garber – A True Master of His Trade Dr. Garber is an absolute master of his craft. He’s thorough, straight to the point, and extremely knowledgeable. I went to him for a laminectomy on my L4 and L5, fearing it might be the end of my military career. But thanks to his incredible skill, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Just 20 days after surgery, I was able to deploy to Africa and continue my mission. I now travel weekly with the U.S. Army and live an active, pain-free life. He truly gave me my life back. His staff is equally amazing—friendly, professional, and they remember you by name. His physician Assistant Dustin is very knowledgeable great bed side manner definitely one of the best! Scheduling is seamless. You send an email, and Lise has everything handled the same day. They impressed me so much, I brought them Crumbl Cookies just to say thank you. My first visit over 5 years ago as a result of being t-boned by a suburban Dr. Garber knew what needed to be done. Insurance caused the delay. It has been 6 weeks since the disk replacement surgery. My pain levels have went from averaging 9/10 to 2/10.

Doctor Garber is a brilliant surgeon with gifted hands. During the past five years, I had two separate issues with my spine. Two times Doctor Garber has given me my life back as it was before any back issues and debilitating pain. He is conservative and does what is best for both the ease of recovery and long-term spinal health. Recently I had a laminectomy. The next day I was walking laps on the hospital floor, totally pain-free. He is a godsend. Dustin is terrific as well. I always feel heard and respected. Truly I am grateful.

Very abrupt and dismissive. Didn't explain anything or answer questions satisfactorily. Asked if I wanted an operation, but wouldn't explain what it was or if it could actually help my problem. Have to look elsewhere, not for a second opinion, because I didn't really get a first one.

Dr Garber and PA Dustin are miracle workers and match made in heaven. They performed microdiscectomy on my L4-L5 herniated disc and I woke up finally feeling my old self. Herniation was extremely large, 13 millimeters and I was in excruciating pain in the last 4 months, was not able to walk or stand for longer than 5 min and basically every other activity I enjoyed before this was out of the question. I am extremely active 35 year old, always thought of myself as a bulletproof , thought nothing could knock me down but this 13mm sucker brought me down to my knees until Dr Garber and Dustin showed up. Surgery went amazing with no issues, woke up and a few hours later I went home, just couldn't believe I was walking straight up again right after the surgery. Lisa who handled paperwork is amazing as well, got surgery approved shortly after appointment and helped me navigate paperwork along the way, super pleasant and nice .If you are reading this and on the fence deciding about your back… surgery I would definitely consult with Dr Garber, I consulted with 3 top neurosurgeons in town and decided to go with him . He and Dustin  spent significant time with me during consultation, explained  all my options and procedure in detail ,how will it be executed and what to expect. His bedside manners are exceptional. Me and my family are grateful for Dr Garber and his team, getting me my life back so I can return to old self, fully enjoy my life and serve those around me .
