Always late. very dismissive and does not listen to any concerns. does not engage in discussions. essentially rude and disrespectful

I found the office staff to be courteous and helpful. Dr Holbrook spent the time I needed to address my concerns and I have been very satisfied with the treatments. The nurse has always called me with my results and they are also available for me on the patient portal as well with his comments on my labs. No complaints

I typically do not write reviews as usually there are bad ones from folks who most likely wanted narcotics or didn't pay their bills or outstanding ones that may be over the top. My story is I had seen 3 previous physicians who could not figure out my symptoms. So Dr Holbrook was recommended by 2 specialists. I found it easy to get an appt in a couple of days for a new pt. Wait time in the waiting room was about 10 minutes and then in the room about 10 min. My case was complicated to say the least and I found him to be attentive and actually took notes as we talked. Over the course of the next few weeks, my tests returned and we had 2 conversations over the phone to review the results with me personally. Really above and beyond what I had ever experienced before. Needless to say we are on a treatment course now and I am getting better every day. So I am very thankful to finally feel like myself again. Just my experience and I am a patient for life.

I typically do not write reviews. but after hearing a patient conversation today about how if they did not get what they wanted they were going to trash talk on social media. I don't know the patients name but I know she was worked in after being late, which obviously runs the doctor late for the rest of the appointments as I doubt they have 20-30 minutes built into the schedule for this. Then she needed a refill on a chronic pain medication for which she was obviously long overdue for an appointment. All of this transpires at the checkout counter while I am awaiting labs. The staff tried to handle the situation the best they could. Unacceptable. My experience has been great, yes they run late occasionally but also take the time to address concerns I have that I may not have told them at the time of making my appointment and always work me in if I am late. I have always gotten great service and Dr Holbrook loves his patients. Which after the way I have just witnessed a patient… acting, I am sure it is really hard some days. We need to appreciate the medical community before all the good doctors are gone. They are getting harder to find for sure.

I felt that all my needs were addressed and I was treated well by the staff. The doctor was about 10 min late but I could the person in the next room, " While I am here" and " Can you refill all my meds since I am here." I couldn't do their job. No one is ever in a good mood when we come into the office and (myself included) blame the doctors for the state of healthcare. They are as much a victim as we are.

Billing and back office was horrible. Never answer the phone and it takes Weeks to get answers. They give incorrect info about coverage and blame the patient if there is an issue. Waiting months for an appt and then being treated disrespectfully is not acceptable. I have tried to give them a second chance and it was worse than before. Not worth the stress they put you through. Going back to previous dr.

Great doctor.

Rushes in an out of appointments. Waited an hour and mentioned that to him, and his reaction was "yep, we're busy." Couldn't have cared less. I called one half hour before one appointment and asked if he was on time, that I didn't want to show up too early if I would just be stuck waiting. The receptionist was shocked at my approach. Really? My time is just as valuable as the Doctor's. Competent doctor, I think. Accurate diagnoses but I only saw him because his office is in my plan and close to my house. Wait times can be long, I think they overbook and the patients suffer.

He should stick to reseach.. no time for people.

I have been a physician for 15 years and work as a local specialist in the area. I moved here 3 months ago. When I was picking my personal PCP Dr Holbrook came highly recommended. My wait was less than 10 min and he spent well over 45 minutes reviewing my case and history. Coming from Florida this was a welcome change as usually I get 5 minutes. My experience was superb and he actually organized and corrected some meds for me with new and improved options. I felt his office did a great job and with the ability to get all my labs online and communicate with the office via email I was VERY PLEASED. He is now at the top of my referral list.
