From the very first phone call to post surgery visit, Dr. Ramsey and his staff treated me with the utmost respect, listened to my issues, and worked with me toward the best treatment and recovery for my injury. After experiencing very sharp hip pain I made an appointment to be seen. At the appointment the check in process went quickly even though I was a new patient. I had some x-rays, a physical exam and then a diagnosis. I was prescribed some medication and given some therapy instructions. I felt very comfortable with my visit. The entire team was professional and courteous. Oh by the way, I am doing great today.

I am in the Lubbock area helping my motjer out with some new medical diagnosis. Since i live in Dallas i don't have Drs here. I was able to do a walk-in appointment & be seen the same day. After having X-rays & an MRI Dr Ramsey talked to me about what he saw, what he's used to seeing, & what my surgery would entail. My surgery was scheduled for a couple of weeks later. The day of my surgery the nurses at the Grace Surgical Center made me feel comfortable & at ease. Then Dr Ramsey came in all ready to take on the world or at least my knee. From that point it was like 45 minutes & I was being wheeled to the OR. Nobody told me that they had already injected the Sleepy Bye-Bye Juice. I woke up startled by what turned out to be a sock at the end of the bed. Nobody said "Go". They wheeled me back to my room & Dr Ramsey came in to talk to me about how what he found was different than what he was expecting, it was better & gave him the opportunity to do less messing around with the knee &… no stitches needed, which means much less recoup time. Now I am in recovery mode. Starting Therapy, which I have discovered that their Therapy Sessions cost is actually half of the cost at other Therapy centers. As an example, my mother went to a Therapy Center where she paid $30 to $45 depending how much they did & if she had the tens-unit & the ice wrap at the end. At Dr Ramsey's Therapy Center the costs are $18-$24 per session. Plus, having his Therapiy staff following his actual ordered routine, they know exactly what he wants for the patient. At other Therapy centers you risk the dreaded "lost in translation", as happened to my mother. So having Dr Ramsey's practice take care of me from start to finish is the best decision I could have ever made. To the Question in the room - "Would I highly recommend Dr. Ramsey's practice?" Absolutely! 200%. Every single staff member knows their part of the biz so you never have a "am I in the right place" moment, Never Ever. Please, make the right decision for your body - Go to Dr Ramsey & have him fix you up.

Dr. Ramsey spends quality time with his patients. I appreciate that he recommended not to have surgery. Personable and caring
