Horrible customer service Can’t get anyone to call back And can’t leave a message

I have been trying for, literally, months to get a copy of my sleep study done at Dr. Rubin's NeuroHealth Center in Ocala, FL. Since my study, I have moved to Washington State and my CPAP is failing badly. My current GP needs a copy of the sleep study in order to prescribe a new CPAP for me. Neither Dr. Rubin nor anyone on his staff has responded to FAXes from my doctor, phone calls from me, or a personal letter asking for a copy of my study. The operator will send you to a phone that no one answers, and if it even accepts voicemail, no one replies. They claim to have no way to send or receive email, although email is listed on their website. They aren't even open during the hours they claim to be open. Clearly Dr. Rubin doesn't care about his patients, since there are many complaints about his care and his office. The lack of response could negatively affect my health.

I have been attempting to contact them for 4 days. The staff is poorly trained and voice mail is often full. They could be great doctors but I will definitely not return

office does not return calls, PA is totally incompetent. rare to actually see doctor. just interested in giving unnecessary tests to pay for his equipment and staff. save your money and find a real doctor.

Never got the chance to actually give a review of his service BUT! He must be one heck of a good MD he charges 12 grand and yes that is 12,000.00 Dollars if you are out of network! just to walk through the door.........

I went to see him because of my insomnia. Although I was very reluctant, he was insisting on me getting sleep study. Then he claimed his sleep study showed sleep apnea & asked me to come back for second sleep study for CPAP. I didnt trust him or the study & went to Shands Hospital sleep disorder specialist who didnt feel I had sleep apnea. I insisted on sleep study which I paid out of pocket & sure enough the repeat study was completely negative without even a hint of apnea. I investigated & found Dr. Rubin, despite his claim, was never been boad certified sleep doctor. I couldnt believe the mental stress h caused me. At least I now found the peace under care of the true medical pros.

I called this office 17 days ago...no one called back so I called again about a week later.....gave the girl my info...she said she would get back to me about an appt. Still havent heard back. Needless to say, I would never go to this doc.....any office that is so poorly managed is not my cup of tea. If they cant even give you an appt. what are they going to do for you medically?????Dont go there or call them.

Dr Rubin is excellent with diagnosis and treatment, he is kind and unhurried in the exam room. His staff and NP are all very helpful.

Today I saw Dr Rubin, after 1 year of seeing Dr. after Dr. I finally got a diagnosis that I can deal with. Dr.Rubin and his staff were thorough, professional and took the time to explain the testing they were doing, more importantly, why they were doing it. Thank you, Dr. Rubin and Staff
