The first impression is the receptionist ( LINDA) and she is absolutely the worst. RUDE is a compliment !!! She is completely disorganized. and talks to you like she's there doing YOU a favor. That's after you've waiting the min of 45 minutes when you have had a scheduled appointment and god forbid you make a comment to her about having to wait that long for said appointment to her.... like I have to get my child from school, how much longer do you think it will be ?

Had an appointment for a test to be done fast forward was called to verify appointment but was told they did not have authorization (which they had over a month to obtain) was advised no problem we’re fax again just come in a complete nightmare dealing with a unprofessional staff who are rude messy and all over the place with lies I even called the insurance company for a fax number to give them they refused to take it and wanted me to lie and not call my insurance company I smell fraud

Receptionist is rude and insults patients. Great difficulty getting to speak to someone via phone. Messages are left but calls are not returned.

HORRIFIC OFFICE MANAGEMENT - WAITING 5+ DAYS FOR INSURANCE COMPANY AUTHORIZATION FOR A TEST BECAUSE THE DOCTOR TOOK THE FILES OUT OF THE OFFICE????!!! CALLS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED. A DOCTOR THAT IS LESS THAN INVOLVED AND BARELY PERFORMS ANY TESTS. DO NOT GO TO - FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR
