Dr. Jedidiah Burack

Dr. Burack is a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately this is overshadowed by his awful office staff.While waiting for an appointment I heard the staff (not even making an effort to be discreet) mention the first and last name of a patient, discuss his illnesses (cancer), gossip about how annoying he was, and then I realized he was sitting in the room!! They are rude on the phone, eat while working (I don't really care about this - but its kinda unprofessional), and when summoning me for blood pressure just yell "hey you!" As great as Dr. B is, I can't bear to visit that place again!

Doctor Burack as a doctor is excellent. His office staff is absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never seen a more incompetent staff.

I've been a patient in Dr. Burack's office for about 10 years. The atmosphere is distinctly informal, with a laid-back staff and most doctors dispensing with lab coats. He listens to what I say, responds helpfully, and does not order procedures simply for the sake of running up the bill. He takes you as you are and won't try to change your life, unless that's what you want. The nurses and technicians are professional but down-to-earth. The office appears disorganized at times, but all records are computerized -- a great boon! -- and vital details are not lost. The practice is staffed seven days a week, a distinct convenience, and includes specialists who can offer a range of diagnostic procedures on site. They accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. All in all, I am pleased with the services of his office.
