Dr. Jeffrey Petrie

Dr. Petrie and his team are simply amazing and very caring. Dr Petrie has performed hip replacement surgery on both of my hips with great results. I highly recommend him if you need hip surgery.

Dr. Petrie is amazing. I went to him with hip pain (that had actually stopped hurting by the time I had my appointment). He took a couple of XRays and then He truly listened to me explained what I had been feeling for 5 months prior. He explained what he believes caused my pain in my hip after looking at my XRays and listening to my story. He believed it was probably my lower back (arthritis). I think what I like about him the most was that he truly listened to me. He wants to prevent surgery if possible for anyone and advised me what to do to strengthen my core which would in turn help my hip. My case turned out great and it is in my court now, but I would recommend anyone to see him.

I waited 2 extra months to get an appointment with Dr. Petrie. The wait was WELL worth it. Dr. Petrie is not only a gifted surgeon, he has a gift to relate to his patients. I started this whole process with another doctor at another clinic. While I'm sure the surgeon there is a good one, he never really seemed to WANT to help me. If I wanted the procedure done, he could/would do it. If not, oh well. My first visit with Dr. Petrie was just the opposite. Both my wife and I got the distinct feeling that Dr. Petrie truly WANTED to help ME personally. My hip replacement was done 3 days ago, and while the muscles in my right thigh/hip are still pretty sore, I'm taking bigger steps and walking more distance every day. I have full confidence in both Dr. Petrie and his prognosis. When telling my sister about Dr. Petrie after my surgery, I literally started choking up. I just can't thank him enough. He is a gifted surgeon and an extremely caring doctor; may be the best I have ever been to. He did my hip replacement, I walked out of the hospital an hour and a half later and never had anything more than minor discomfort.

Dr Petrie is just the best. He … now get this… actually listens AND takes his time with you! You never feel rushed. He never makes you feel unimportant. It’s just rare and I hope he never loses that quality.. Oh and he’s an incredible surgeon who helped me walk without pain for the first time in forever

I’ve had both knees and both hips replaced by this stellar surgeon. His bed side manner and attention to detail is impeccable. He has replaced my mother’s hip and both knees of my best friend. If you or someone you love needs his services I would recommended him 1000%. I am back to playing a very high level of tennis and feel amazing. Dr. Petrie was recommended by a friend who he had done 2 Hip Replacements for. My friends recovery was so good that he was playing basketball after his surgeries. I chose to visit Dr. Petrie as both of my hips were in severe need of replacement. On the consultation he was a class act. His response when I asked about how experienced he was sealed my decision to move forward. I will never forget his answer, 'I've done a few surgeries (with a smile), actually I do about 500 a year, 250 hips/250 knees.' In addition I also learned that he is the specialist that other surgeons refer to when their replacements don't go well. Incredible bedside manners. Awesome support team. I had my 1st hip replaced in Sept 2022 and 2nd in April 2023. One of my legs was longer than the other. He actually evened that out! My recovery has been incredible.
