Staff very nice had 1:00 appointment and was in by 1:05. They had to take X-rays because primary dr hadn’t emailed results yet. Within 5 minutes I was having X-rays taken and by the time I was back in the room they were pulling them up for Dr to see. Dr Arthur was very professional and explained what was going on with my knee and recommended an MRI.

Friendly, knowledgeable, relatable. He exudes caring and you know that you are incapable hands. He listens, he understands what you’re saying, and never denigrates any of your concerns. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing surgery or orthopedic care.

I've been a patient of OCC for many years, because the treatment is warm and wonderful. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, thorugh and diligent. Highly recommended.

Dr. Arthur is so nice, he answered all my questions and was very personal. I’m so excited to finally get my hip taken care of by him. I’ve been trying to get my hip fixed for over 2 years and now it’s going to be done. I’m so thankful for him and his staff, they are wonderful.

Dr. Arthur is amazing. He is polite, friendly, caring, professional. I had ACL and meniscus surgery. He was quick day of surgery and informative prior. I had slight pain for 7 days and only needed ibuprofen and an aspirin. The staff is all friendly and caring. The only thing is you have to call and call just to get an appointment unless you ask for Wendy.
