Dr. Jeffrey Chase Brown, MD

I find Jeff Brown very easy to talk with. He will start with a summary/overall assessment, then add and clarify as you interact. Very friendly, thorough. Not overly interested in extensive defensive tests; in the past he has moved directly to a solution if a treatment hasnt worked quite as expected, rather than turn it into a "science project" to test every remote possibility. Staff is friendly and efficient. My rating is as it is because I NEVER give 5-star ratings; Jeff is the best Dr I've ever had.

Dr. Brown is the best doctor I have ever had. He works with me and doesn't treat me like an idiot or blow off what I tell him. His diagnoses are usually right and if not the first visit he sticks with you until he figures it out. His nurse is wonderful, helpful and polite. His outer office staff leaves a lot to be desired, though, but I will put up with them just to have Dr. Brown as my doctor.

Dr.Brown is very caring, and he definately goes above and beyond. I have been going to him for years. The wait for an appt sometimes seems like a long time, but the understand urgency and are willing to get you in sooner.
