Dr. Jeffrey Steven Keyser, MD

After a short office visit that included an application of a small piece of paper, we received a surprise bill of nearly $1200. We now owe nearly $700 for that visit--having had no warning they would charge such an incredible amount. Now we have to pay out what we saved for months worth of maternity care for that one short office visit. They know it is unreasonable, but they will not do anything about it. It is incredibly discouraging and completely immoral to take advantage of people this way.

We took our 18 year old grandson to Dr. Keyser because we had been told his tonsils were really bad and needed to be removed. Dr. Keyser said he didn't need them removed at all. Took him to another doctor today for a track physical and the doctor was amazed he had tonsils that looked that bad. When we went to Keyser we had met out of pocket but now we will have to pay for the entire surgery.

Excellent diagnostic work on a problem I have had for a long time, And he made an extra effort to get a test done sooner to accommodate my schedule.

Doctor Keyser was the on-call doctor for dr. Bennion when I call after hours for some advice. I have never spoken to a medical professional that was so rude and so disrespectful. It was 11:10 and he was clearly very upset with me that I had called and woken him up. I cannot even begin to explain how horrible this doctor made me feel for calling in and looking for some simple advice. This man is definitely not someone that is looking to help his patients or patients of his fellow employees. After calling a second doctor, the advice that Dr Keyser gave me was very careless and quite useless.

Very Knowledgeable, but bedside manners is poor. Does not answer questions clear. Wait was over 2 hours long. Frustrating especially when fasting for a period of time was required.Would have been nice to arrange that better. Understand that things happen, but being a little organized and understanding patients have a life as well would be great. After contact, I felt so frustrated that my questions were not being answered. So I called an agency In Salt Lake, a world of difference. They gave hope and concern, very reassuring. If anything, I wish compassion was there. Patients are people. The only good thing is he is knowledgeable. I wish you could feel his compassion a little better. It would make a challenging situation a lot easier. For hope, not the place.
