Budge clinic was nice to fit us in on short notice. My daughter ears were bothering her for a couple of weeks and we’re getting worse. He said they looked fine, and that there was just a little sore in her ear canal. I asked about oral anti biotic and he said no, not for a little sore in her ear. The next day she couldn’t even open her mouth, she had muffled hearing, and was in a lot of pain. I called the nurse who talked to the doctor. He said her ears were fine, so it must have been TMJ. She had to suffer over Thanksgiving in extreme pain. We came very close to taking her to the ER. I got her to a regular family doctor today who said her ears are so infected that it looks as though her ear drums could burst any second. I really regret going to an ENT. I wish I just went to a family doctor to begin with. I feel like the family doctor could have deduced that something was going on with her muffled hearing and pain.

From the moment Dr. Wilson entered the room until the time the visit ended, I could tell he didn’t think I was worth the 10-min of his time. And he seemed determined to let me know that. Even my wife who was with me in the room felt the same. Given that experience with him, I am not planning on ever wasting another minute of his precious time with any issues I might think I have. His bedside manners were terrible.
