Dr. Jeffrey L Kugler, MD

Dr. Kugler is an amazing surgeon. I was in an accident and suffered a complete tear of my rotor cup. I lost use of my arm. Dr. Kugler repaired the damage and a year later it's like I never injured my shoulder. I have complete use of my arm and full rotation. He explained everything and answered all my questions before and after surgery. His skill and bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend him. Also, his staff were amazing and kind.

Office is terrible, wait time. HE is part time and office is so unprofessional and so is management. NEVER GET A CALL BACK.

Saw tgw doctor in the Melbourne location. Front desk nothing to etite home about. Nit iverly friendly. The MA that took us back didn't introduce herself until I asked her name; thus is a pet peeve of mine bc I'm in the medical field. You introduce yourself to other people when you start talking to them, so do it for your patients! Dr. was prifessional and nice, but we waited an hour abd a half to be seen. He is moving to his own iffice soon, so hopefully this will improve.

Went there today , bathroom had vomit in it waited 3 hours to see the dr. Finally when we saw him he was a pompas jerk. I don't know how he has patience . Nasty staff nasty dr. Don't waste your time because he doesn't care about anyone of his patience

He is a pompous jerk, who has a terrible bedside manner, and needs some classes in care and concern for the patient. He didn't even touch my foot or look at it. All he looked at are the x-rays. His office staff didn't instruct me how to put on my new boot or teach me how to use crutches. They all need to learn how to take care of patients or get out of the industry all together.

My friend just had the WORST EXPERIENCE with Dr. Kugler! He had the worst attitude, demeanor, and bedside manner, she was a ball of anxiety from this visit! She went for foot n ankle, appointment which was made by his staff, and proceeds to tall my friend that he only does hips, yet, he just got paid for making n appointment for something he won't do! She felt horrible after the visit, realizing that she had just paid a high deductible! This practice is shady and unprofessional! Make sure to read all the posts, for you will surely see the pattern! PATIENTS BEWARE!

The staff was difficult to even make an appointment, when I arrived there there were 24 people in the waiting room, standing room only, the doctor is the worst I have seen, he repeated that he only does hip replacements like a parrot, he gave me less than 3 minutes of his time and said that he didn't know of a good orthopedic surgeon that did arthroscopy, do not go there, you are warned!

I was told by his staf that he does NOT Treat any patient for Back Injury! Yet he does back surgery?? HUMMMM He could not complete paperwork for my kn ee! As Per His staff There is nothing wrong with my knee! LOL!! I want to also know his Criminal Arrest!!!!

I'm 32 year old in need of a hip replacement, and also happens that my insurance is VitaHealth...state run which = less money in Dr. Kuglers pocket. First visit, "your too young, let's delay this as long as we can.". Fair enough. Second visit four months later, waited an hour to see him for about two minutes. No x rays to see how the hip degredation has progressed...nothing. I mean, he literally did nothing, and when I say, a two minute visit...I'm not exadurating. He wanted to see me again in a year. The day before the appointment, got a call from his office, that he actually wouldn't be there. One of his assistants would be taking care of me. Never even bothered to show up. My mother, on the other hand(who has excellent insurance), has arthritis and knee pain. After one visit, he had her scheduled for knee replacement surgery two weeks later. After consultations with three other doctors, none whom thought she needed knee replacement for at least ten years, we knew who the… real Dr. Kugler was. All about the $$$$$. Stay away.

THIS DOCTOR WAS OK, HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT AND WAS FRIENDLY ENOUGH, A BIT OF A STIFF THOUGH ! MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH HIM WAS THAT HE DOES NOT DO THE ANTERIOR APROACH HIP SURGERY, AND THAT'S WHAT I WANT, I WAS ALSO TURNED OFF ABOUT HAVING TO ATTEND A CLASS AT THE HOSPITAL AT 9:00 A.M. ALL TOO MUCH FOR ME....BUT HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN AND TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO DO THE SURGERY THE OLD WAY !!! I GIVE HIM A 8 FOR EVERYTHING.
