Dr. Noble misdiagnosed my condition by a long shot! His mannerism was very unprofessional!

I came in for frozen shoulder. He gave me a cortisone shot in the shoulder. An hour later I had a reaction to the shot....severe chest pains, nausea, blacking out sensation. Went to heart specialist & he said it was a reaction to the cortisone shot, which is infrequent, but if shot not placed in correct location there can be a very severe reaction. I went back to Dr. Noble for follow up to see what he has to say about the reaction. He walked in & I told him I am here to ask about my reaction. He told me the nurse told me about it & he didn't need to discuss it. I tried 3 times to go back about the reaction. He stood up, left the room & came back with a card of another Dr. He told me he couldn't see me again , handed me the card and left.
