Dr. Jenelle Elizabeth Foote, MD

If I could leave no stars, I would. Dr. Foote treated my grandmother at Emory Midtown. She performed a surgery on her and never came to see her afterwards. She sent her student to see her the morning after surgery and then she put in discharge instructions. My grandmother had concerns about being released while having a very large amount of blood coming out in her urine. The nurse told my grandmother that if she would feel more comfortable staying in the hospital for one more night, she could. Dr. Foote called me accusing the family of refusing to take her home and was very rude. She is a very nasty MD and has no concern for pt concerns. Her bedside manner at least when speaking to family members of a elderly pt is horrible. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Today was my second visit to Dr Foote’s office. It was a very pleasant and very professional visit. Dr Foote answered all of my questions. She was personable and informative. I would recommend her.

If I could rate her less than a zero I would. She has to be the worst specialist of anything. She has been my brothers urologists for some time but he rarely ever saw her because he was doing well. He recently got sick and needed her services and we were able to see how truly awful she is. She performed his surgery and then never even can to see him in the hospital (and he was there a month). She almost cost him his life by sending someone untrained to perform something (he almost bleed out). And her after care/continued care is non existent. Her staff rarely even returns calls. If you have the option I would suggest picking another urologists.

The staff there is very unprofessional, the wait time is ridiculous, you won’t be seen for 2-3 hours pass your appointment. They won’t check on you after surgery, They give you unnecessary appointments to get paid when they can give answers over the phone. You have to constantly call for lab results.

I am lucky in that I do work for an insurance company and as such know health policy very well. The practice works to overbill patients and not listen to patient concerns. They conduct tests that are not necessary and also do not share the results with patients unless they pay and additional fee. This is medical extortion at its best and this practice should be notice. They should be shut down.

I had been having Bladder issues for some time and was never diagnosed correctly. I saw Dr Foote about 4 times and she diagnosed me and have been in remission for about 5 years. I have Interstitial Cystitis and have had no problems after several treatments until now. I will be calling her tomorrow to get an appointment. Yes, you wait some time to see her but she is well worth the wait.

I have not seen her recently, but when I was I would give her a five star for all of them

I couldn't be happier that I have her for a Dr. She accurately diagnosed me after I was 'dismissed' by other urologists. She is kind, patient understanding. I'm sure she is an awesome friend as well as an awesome Dr. Staff equally as good. The ONLY complaint is excessive wait to see her,¿ but isn't there a saying about good things worth waiting for?

Dr and staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I wish I could make Dr. Foote my primary physician. Squeezed me in on a Saturday when my appointment was still 11 days away.

I personally think that Dr. foot is one of the best doctors in Atlanta. Not only is she an amazing doctor but I think that it is always very encouraging to see a female doctor. I love her spirit! She seems to never give up! She does INCREDIBLE work! She works so hard and she even has a daughter to take care of as well! I think that this woman deserve the utmost respect!
