I can’t stand her, she’s the worst

The Best!

Not a positive experience with Dr. Arnecilla.

Dr Arnecilla is always in rush and try to bill insurance for two visits in one time. I went to get for Annual and she didn't focused on Annual and just reissues new prescription for med. For that she billed for Annual and Doc visit. I feel like its unfair and She should focus on the main purpose of visit.

I saw Dr. Arnecilla several times last year, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. I have never had bad experiences with doctors, but right off the bat she was condescending to me, did the least thorough exam I have ever seen, and was rude about my diagnosed conditions that my specialists were managing. At one point she told me to stay in the exam room for over 30 minutes and she would be back to talk to me. After waiting, her nurse finally came in and told me to leave. I have never left a review before, but this experience is one I hope to save others from. See any other doctor before this one.

She was very patient and caring of my medical concerns. She took the time to explain everything and had many great recommendations about my diet and lifestyle. She is very knowleagble and helpful. I would definitely recommend her.

The worst Doctor I have ever been too. Went to this Doctor because my orginial Doctor moved out of State. The nurse Maria very rude and the Doctor Arnecilla never kept my record updated,. When I asked her for the pounds I had lost since I I started to see her , she replied numbers are ot important ,I join a fitness club and I showed her all the pounds I had lost and the date and she had my file and wrote everything down but she never kept a record of my wieght I found a new Doctor and am very pleased. Never have I seen a Doctor or a nurse so rude and unprofessional .

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. THE NURSE IS RUDE,REFILLS TAKE MANY DAYS AND TODAY THE NURSE SAID THE DOCTOR WOULD NOT TALK TO ME ON THE TELEPHONE.DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO THIS OFFICE, I AM A NURSE AND I KNOW HOW A PATIENT SHOULD BE TREATED, THIS OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE.

We were referred to Dr. Arnecilla after our doctor moved out of Austin. Her nurse, Maria, has less a then pleasant bedside manner. She is not very friendly and only takes your blood pressure and pulse. The lay out of the practice gives it an unorganized feel. You get shuffled into one exam room, then made to wait back in the lobby...then off to the final exam room to see the doctor.The doctor is okay, but nothing stellar like some others have said. She spends about 15 minutes with you and I did not get the impression that she is really listening to you.The only one in the office that is decent is Melissa, the receptionist who is actually a nurse from our previous doctor's office. She does not appear to be happy to be the receptionist.Overall, we are going to seek out another doctor that hopefully has a better rapport with her patients. And with a nurse who can smile and at least pretend to care.

I m glad someone else experienced what I experienced. I thought I was only person who had been adversely affected by this office.
