I was able to get an appointment the same day that I called and the girl was pleasant and understood my concern. The doctor is very nice and explained everything to me. She gave a very thorough exam. I would recommend Dr. Krawitz and the entire staff to anyone!

I had an excellent visit with Dr Krawitz. She did a thorough exam and then explained my situation to me very clearly. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I know where my situation stands. I feel quite confident of her abilities and I would highly recommend her to others.

When it comes to my eyes, I can get nervous and anxious. With Dr. Krawitz she makes you feel comfortable and confident that you will get the proper treatment, and she is looking out for your best interest.

I came to this office due to a referral by my eye doc for a tear in my retina. The appoint time was lengthy. But they have a sign posted at the front office window that the appoint will take at least 2hrs. Honestly, it was worth it. First, I was seen by the tech Samantha. She went over my medical history and explained the process of my eye examination step by step. Normally, at specialist appoints the tech and docs talk so fast and say medical terminology that makes no sense. Also, they rush you out the front door but that wasn't the case here. I asked Samantha a few questions and she was polite and courteous. She explained in detail what would happen next. She was an absolute delight!! Afterwards, another tech saw me and she was also very polite. Lastly, I saw the doctor Ms. Krawitz. She was great! She walked me thru the examination and explained in detail what my next step should be. Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend using this office for your retina… specialist needs.
