I have seen nearly hundreds of physicians over the past ten years due to multiple illnesses. Dr Pate is the best of the lot. She is super smart and has been invaluable to me as a sounding board on many health conditions , unrelated to psychiatry. She is immensely talented and very conscientious in caring for her patients. I don't think I would be where I am today mentally and physically without her care and counsel.

Dr. Pate is an extremely well educated doctor and is involved with Baylor University on the leading edge of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

.Jennifer (Dr. Pate) misdiagnosed my symptoms and prescribed me medication that I had a horrible reaction to. The horrible reaction placed me in the hospital for two weeks. Jennifer does not listen to her patients needs on an individual basis. When I met with her she would cut me off before I finished speaking. I feel as if she would have listened to me instead of being concerned about her next appointment it would have saved me from the hospital. I gave in writing and told Dr. Pate my history with allergic reactions. The hospital couldn't even understand why Dr. Pate would ever prescribe that medication.

Initial visit ended 2+ years of problems. Her knowledge of prescription drug treatment benefits and harmful effects is remarkable. Many of my problems turned out to be due to incorrect drugs prescribed by my previous doctor. She changed my life.
