Dr. Jennifer Lynn Smith, MD

This is the best doctor EVER. I have never been treated this great by any other doctor. She is kind, respectful, she listens to you and I give her a 15 out of 1-10. Seriously, she is the best doctor out there. Thank You Dr. Jennifer Smith

Well ... I just don’t have words for how wonderful this dr. is. I have been seeing her for a few months. From the get go she has been very friendly. She never judges me and it’s easy to discuss my issues with her. Recently I had one of said issues, I was in to see her a couple weeks ago. She asked me to call her and check in on Monday. I got busy and didn’t, I thought, “she’s a busy woman she doesn’t really need me taking up her time”... well... today SHE called me. She took time out of her day, not to have her nurse call me, but to call me personally and check on me. As long as she is around this area, she will be my dr. If she was a pediatrician, my children would be seeing her. ??????

Our whole family goes to Dr. Smith and we all appreciate the care and caring that she provides.

Dr. Smith is the doctor for both me and my husband. She *is* a very busy doctor (which contributes to the wait time), but when you do see her she spends all the time needed to diagnose your problem. She obviously cares about her patients and does a good job following up on lab results and exams.

My visit with Dr. Smith was very good. She is very personable. She seemed to care about me. She made sure I had everything I needed before I left the office. Getting through to the office can be very hard at times. Be prepared to hold.

Made an appointment to see Dr. Smith. Took a DETAILED list of all my symptoms and refills needed. She dismissed almost everything on the list as just being slight swelling or tingling. After the blood work results 3 days later I was admitted to Emory Hospital for severe anemia. I had to have iron infusions and later a blood transfusion. My iron level was 3. All my symptoms pointed to anemia. I spent 3 days in the hospital. She never once came to visit me. I made a follow up appointment with her and she spent only a few minutes with me. Those few minutes were very awkward. She could really care less about me or my treatment. I immediately chose a different doctor who sent me to the cancer center for weekly iron infusions. This doctor understands my condition. Dr. Smith didn't have and clue and what's worse she didn't care.
