Hadmy second annual physical with Dr. Willis. She was prompt and efficient but thought it strange no blood work was required for my annual physical. Was told it was ok the previous year so no need to repeat. Felt like a number, not a patient. Not much personal info addressed, just the basics. Ok but not reassuring.

Getting a hold of anyone is a long shot. I have seen her over 3 times in less than a month & have not been helped. She is not knowledgeable of insurances & medications. Forgets to call in prescriptions & makes tedious mistakes. I don't know whether its insolence or deliberate scheming to get more out of insurance because I have to keep coming in & can never get a hold of her otherwise. Don't do it. She has been more stress to me than help. Find someone else or see for yourself. Maybe you'll have better luck.
