Do yourself a favor and make sure you do not let this man cut you open. Find a more responsible and patient surgeon. You’ve been warned.

My buenas had an app for surgery at 12:0 and he had it at 5:00 PM. He is diabetic and he didn't had any meal since the day before. The worst thing is that the doctor was not available to talk to us after surgery because he had 15 surgery that day. This doctor is only about money. My husband call the next day to talk to him and he was told that the Dr was not available to talk until his next app, seven days later. We didn't know how to proceed after the surgery. Today we came to the app and we waited 2 hours to be seeing. We do not recommend this doctor.

Doctor Shaw is an excellent sports medicine physician. Recently he performed rotator cuff surgery on my left arm. The results were excellent! I used his services several times and had great results. His staff is excellent too! They are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Dr is knowledgeable and nice but the wait is rediculous. It is usually a three hour ordeal.

Overall excellent doctor,staff and wait.

This doctor and his office staff are the worst that you can ever think of, they dont care about their patients in any way. I always book the 1st appointment in the morning and still they let you in after an hour. The front office girls are really like a freshman out of college and they chit chat and fl*rt with the doctor and dont give a d**n about their patients waiting. The worst thing is they don't care what your insurance says, they want a minimum payment for every visit even your plan says no co-pay. The doctor says he was burnt and cant do free consultation so he needs payment upfront even if your insurance doesn't require you to pay any co-pay. I was waiting there for a hour being the first patient to know that they wont let me in without paying $93. They were very rude and only want to make money, in my previous visit he didnt even spend few minutes with me, he simply said a surgery will fix all my problems thats it. When I asked details about the surgery all he said is he will… take care. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone, worst doctor & facility.

excessive wait time. The dr was in and out. I waited for 2 1/2 hours and saw the dr for less than 5 minutes. Horrible experience!!!

Dr . Jesse Zisholtz Shaw is truly a miracle worker. His staff was so caring and the doctor actually takes time to explain everything. DR Shaw is the only orthopedic surgeon I would recommend. After he treated my shoulder I felt better .

Dr. Zisholtz is verying caring and I would send him new patients. He is very good.
