Dr. Jill Joyce, MD

Dropped me as a patient after over five years with no warning for no valid reason. I was never late, always honest, tried to implement everything suggested and discussed and made good progress. I was going through the sale of our house, buying a new house and taking car of my 86 year old mother who was in and out of hospital and nursing homes until the day before settlement. This doctor had phone sessions with me and continued to fill prescriptions for meds I had been on for 7-8 years. She knew I could not get in for an office visit. And now she has completely jeopardized my future. That is NOT compassionate or understanding. I waited many times for my appointment because the patient before me went over. I never complained.

I am so glad that I found Dr. Joyce. She if very thorough and caring. Most importantly, she actually practices medicine instead of pushing medicine. I had been incorrectly diagnosed by another Annapolis doctor (Van Ravensway) and was being severely and dangerously over medicated. Dr. Joyce was able to immediately correct the medication and worked to develop an accurate diagnoses, part of which involved a vitamin B-12 deficiency and a blood sugar problem. In addition, her staff members been with her forever and are always totally pleasant and efficient.

She is relentless when it comes to medication. Helping you to figure out which one is the right one. Treats you like you are here only patient and that you really do matter.

Beyond the call of duty. Caring, compassionate and relentless if finding right medication to help the situation. Like a family member. Have never ever had to wait a second!
