Dr. Joan Helene Zeidman, MD

2nd year in a row the wait time was unacceptable. Last year I waited an hour. Today I drove 2 hours (I recently moved but want to keep my medical providers) for 2 doctor appointments. They confirmed she was running on time when I checked in & understood I needed to leave in an hour to get to another doctor appointment. I was loaded in an exam room then waited & waited & waited. After 55 minutes I left without having my annual gynecology exam. I will find another provider.

As nurse practitioner I've had many unpleasant experiences as provider and recipient of healthcare services. Dr Zeidman is exceptional in her caring and competence in practice. Presenting complaint(s) were addressed, correctly diagnosed, and accurately treated. Would recommend Dr Zeidman to women seeking empathic professional...PEACE

Office must seriously overbooked. First time there waited an hour, second time 35 mins. Exam rooms feel like they would be found in a lower economic area. No gowns are provided. No bathrooms in exam rooms.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst medical experience I have ever had in my life. This doctor is small minded, nasty and aggressive. She's also incredibly stubborn to the point where she has one method for treating people and doesn't deviate from it. You could come in with a missing limb and she wouldn't recommend you go to the ER, she'd try to put you on a high hormone pill. I waited for OVER AN HOUR to be seen. I don't care what kind of doctor's office this is that is UNACCEPTABLE. My time is valuable. I make sure I am there on time and expect the same respect in return. We all know doctor's offices go nuts if the patient is even five minutes late, why do they get to be an hour late. The staff was attentive but are clearly overworked and overwhelmed by the volume of patients. She did not care what I said or how I described my symptoms, Again, she knows only one solution for everyone's problem. If you dare ask her to explain why she will belittle and demean you.… It's easy to get an appointment at this practice on short notice and I now know why because they are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Go anywhere else, anywhere before you go to this Doctor.

Dr. Zeidman is professional, honest and straightforward. She's friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. She makes this annual appt. not so dreadful.

I completely agree that Zeidman is terrible! I constantly left her office in tears. Not only was she rude and had no bedside manner, I seriously question her knowledge about many things. When I asked her questions, she was dismissive and condescending. Find somebody else!!!

Terrible doctor. find someone else. She is rude, lacks empathy, she is dismissive and may not even be competent (certainly can't read an MRI).

I have been a patient of this practice for 23 year.s. I can not excuse a wait time of 90 minutes for a 9 am appointment!. My time is as important as the doctors time. There is never any apologies for the lateness either. This practice does not have a good scheduling system at all. The doctor is good, but in this day there are plenty of good doctors that have more respect for their patients time.

This ob gyn was brutal - i have never experienced anything like this visit. I was in cold sweat after her exam. She really has missed in learning bed side manners and gentle clinical exam. I am my self a a medical doctor, i know what i am talking about. I am considering even writing an official complaint about her.

I took a half vacation day to see Dr. Zeidman but after waiting an hour and 45 minutes I had to leave since I had other appointments. Whe 45 minutes had passed I requested a reschedule since I couldwait past a certain time. I was assured that only twenty more minutes the doctor would call me in. One hour later I informed staff that I had to leave and was unhappy about their overbooking. They were defensive and resentful, also insisted they were not overbook but gave no alternative explanation and no apology.
