If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible phone/office staff! Very rude! Don’t ever expect a call back. Tons of reviews on google saying the same thing. Would not recommend!

lousy care awful staff. You never see the doctor. The worst care i have ever had. Nobody seems to know what their doing.

They are absolutely horrible, only place that was open for my coverage, I gave it a chance with bad reviews but I wish I didn't, it's been 2 months now, I'm still waiting for my referral to be processed. Been calling every week for an update. Found out today, two months later , that it was approved and they never told me and there filing for an extension... are you kidding me? So I went around them and called my insurance and my medical group, who explained to me they have been prompt but this doctors office has been taking weeks to respond to them and actually lost the paperwork the first time around. Just don't go here, the doctor is nice and knowledgeable, but the staff and getting things done in a timely matter isn't worth it. This is the second time they've lost my paperwork, and my first week with them it took them a month to send my blood work to lab Corp, I went in twice at 7am just for lap Corp to turn me down and say they didn't have my paper work, rant over, just fine… another doctor don't use them.

It took me 2 months to get in. I suppose i can somewhat understand since it was an initial visit, and it was for a physical and pap. When i got into the office, i was 15 minutes early, filled out my paperwork. Once finished, i still waited an additional 40 minutes past my appointment time before being called. The staff was very talkative with each other, laughing, speaking about personal relationships and weekend plans, all while i was sitting there waiting. Once i was called back, the nurse took one look at my "current meds" list (the one they requested that i fill out) and saw that i take Adderall and Norco. She had zero past history on me, yet she still found it necessary to tell me that they do not fill controlled substances (Norco) on the initial visit and i would need to see a mental health doctor for the Adderall (She hadn't even taken my weight or blood pressure yet). I wasn't even going to be asking for any prescriptions. I was just in there for an annual physical and pap. She… made me feel like a junkie, hoping to get a refill for my fix. After my physical and pap, I spoke to the NP/PA about my neck issues, and I requested xrays. She seemed put out, but ordered them anyway. 2 weeks passed and i had not gotten a call on my xrays results. I called 3 different times and finally got a call back with the results. Apparently they were bad enough that i needed a referral to an orthopedic surgeon. I was told that they would be putting in the referral and that i would get a call back. I never got a call. I recently became pretty sick, fairly certain it was a sinus infection. I called to try and make an appt for same day, or even a day or 2 out. Instead i was told that they didn't have anything available for 3 weeks. When i asked what i was supposed to do, since i was sick and likely needed antibiotics, the lady told me to go to urgent care. Needless to say, i switched doctors.

I was called on my way to my appointment, telling me they were going to cancel it because my insurance had changed. When I contacted my insurance they said there should not have been a problem. I called them back and they decided to let me keep my appointment- why wouldn't they? I didn't mess up. I was told I had to arrive 15 minutes early or I wouldn't be seen. I arrive on time and wait almost an hour for my appointment. They say they are going to send in my prescription on Thursday. Long story short it is now Wednesday and I have called them everyday and no one has still called me back.

I found this Dr. on the Pimecare physician directory. I went in for my first visit about a week ago and it was a very nice surprise. LOCATION- the office is located in a business area in Murrieta. There is ample Parking is and the building has a nice elevator. STAFF- the reason why i chose this DR to begin with was the service i got over the phone- i went through a list of places and most places had really unprofessional and rude receptionists- at which case i hung up and tried a different number until BINGO! i hit this office. The receptionist is very polite and soft spoken. She is very professional and just a pleasure to speak to! Very nice and friendly -first PLUS! I did wait a little longer than usual but the front desk young lady told me that my insurance was having technical difficulties and she couldn't get in touch with them. They had a nice big flat screen TV in the reception which made my wait barely noticeable. DR- She is extremely nice and polite. So genuinely… concerned and listened to all my crazy rants and medical history ups and downs. She was very receptive to all my comments and offered great advice and even helped me with recommendations on other specialists i should see. She even had the front desk girl make copies with specialist information and wrote referrals so i wouldn't have any problems with my insurance covering my services. She also took down the names of all my prescription meds and found cheaper alternatives and then sent them directly to my pharmacy so i wouldn't even have to bother dropping them off WOW! this place is really amazing and understands people and how to take care of them and their needs. I would most definitely recommend this place 100%

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Ayala for couple of years now. She is a fantastic doctor who's bedside manner and personality shows she genuinely cares for her patients. Her front office staff is always very helpful and finds ways to conveniently get us in.

Doctor Ayala is excellent Doctor. She listens and acts to help the patient. I recommend her to anybody.
