Dr. Joel R Kramer, DO

Joel Kramer is the best! He is kind, thoughtful and always available whenever you have a question. You never have to wait for him to return the phone call as you just stay on the line and he always picks up to take your call. I have been going to him for about 40 years and he delivered my daughter 35 years ago. Even though I no longer live in the area and travel over an hour to see him, it is definitely worth it. I would not trust my care to anyone else. I would highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Kramer since the 1980s and just love him. He makes you feel very comfortable and always remembers you. Even though I was in Delaware for six years, when I returned to his practice, he asked me if I was still climbing telephone poles. He never forgets you and treats you like a friend. He listens and answers every question. So caring and when you call with a question, you speak right to him. You never have to wait for him to call you back.He is the best

I have been his patient since 1996 when I was expecting my second child, he is a caring, skillful surgeon and physician. He has always taken the time to care about my health, and whenever there was a crisis he was a great support system. He always tells his patients to call if we need him. I will be heartbroken when he retires, I can not imagine me having to see anyone else. He is the best of the best.

Dr Kramer is hands down the best OBGYN around. I moved away for 5 years and still called him because I didn't trust anyone else. My mom has been going to him since she was 16. He have birth to me and my 2 siblings. I am going on 29. He is just so caring and makes you feel so comfortable.

He always listens and is very caring and a great sense of humor and the best bedside manner. I love Dr. Kramer. I drive a distance to see him. When I moved back from Delaware after six years he remembered me and what I did as a profession before I retired.

He makes you feel very comfortable and at a really rough and scary time in my life I called him and told me to come right over and he stopped what he was doing took me in his office and talked to me like a doctor and as a friend and on our way out of the office he stopped and he gave me a hug and told me I was gonna be ok?
