Dr Kramer has been my doctor for many many many years and I am so blessed to have him. He is the most welcoming person and always makes you feel comfortable.

Always great to see Dr. Kramer. I don't know what I would do without Joel! He has been my amazing doctor since the early 90s. He has been there with me through so much. Treatments and surgeries for chronic illness, infertility, and now the big M. I trust him completely with any recommendation and/or treatment he gives me. I no longer live in the city and travel over a hour to see him. I literally just told him tonight he is not allow to retire and leave me. He is the best!

Joel Kramer is the best! He is kind, thoughtful and always available whenever you have a question. You never have to wait for him to return the phone call as you just stay on the line and he always picks up to take your call. I have been going to him for about 40 years and he delivered my daughter 35 years ago. Even though I no longer live in the area and travel over an hour to see him, it is definitely worth it. I would not trust my care to anyone else. I would highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Kramer since the 1980s and just love him. He makes you feel very comfortable and always remembers you. Even though I was in Delaware for six years, when I returned to his practice, he asked me if I was still climbing telephone poles. He never forgets you and treats you like a friend. He listens and answers every question. So caring and when you call with a question, you speak right to him. You never have to wait for him to call you back.He is the best

I have been his patient since 1996 when I was expecting my second child, he is a caring, skillful surgeon and physician. He has always taken the time to care about my health, and whenever there was a crisis he was a great support system. He always tells his patients to call if we need him. I will be heartbroken when he retires, I can not imagine me having to see anyone else. He is the best of the best.

Dr Kramer is hands down the best OBGYN around. I moved away for 5 years and still called him because I didn't trust anyone else. My mom has been going to him since she was 16. He have birth to me and my 2 siblings. I am going on 29. He is just so caring and makes you feel so comfortable.
