Made things much worse to my wife only to charge some extra $$ later! Looks like a scam to me.

I spent 1.5 years with 4 doctors trying to diagnose and treat chronic groin pain after a botched hip replacement at Cleveland Clinic. Their hip surgeon recommened that I cut my Psoasis middle loose. Fortunaty before I agreed to this surgery, someone recommended I try Dr. Stein. I am sure glad I did. The best thing about Dr. Stein is that he will not give up on you. He kept trying different solutions and finally we tried an epidermal which relieved my pain! Thank goodness I did not agree to cut any muscle! If you have unsolved chronic pain of any kind, I highly recommend Dr. Stein.

I wish all doctors were like Dr. Stein. Concerned, listen to all my problems, and the staff was top notch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stein for several and find him to be kind, courteous, and concerned. I wouldn't go to any other physician for my ailment.

I have only wonderful things to say about Dr. Stein. He is truly gifted in his field. His hands touch you, your body just responds. He is a healer. There is definately a wait sometimes, a little annoying but when you get into the treatment rooms you can understand why. You are treated with numerous things such as massage therapy, physical therapy modalities, Osteopathic Treatments, Acupuncture and then maybe a Diagnositic ultrasound and an injection if needed. I have had traction as well. I have actually been fed lunch there as I was starving so Dr. Stein went out of his way and got me something from the restaurant next door. He is a true human being,, no big head. He talks to you like a person,, if he doesn't know, he says,, I have no idea.... He jokes, screams sometimes,, curses sometimes at the computer system,,, but then turns around and is as happy and caring as anyone would want. He makes you feel like family. I truly love my appointments with Dr. Stein. He teaches… as well so you may have one or several students, residents. I don't always love that but if you say no, they respect that and Dr. Stein is there. Great place, great treatment, very knowledable Doctor with an amazing staff. His Massage therapists are the best.. Never had such work,, truly talented. His nurses are outstanding. Again,, any question,, they have the answer or will get it for you. You are in the best hands ever at Dr Steins office. I truly trust and recommend himl

I had been going to a so called pain management doctor for over a year and a half. He would always steer me away from any modalities or injections. He would basically tell me to pull his hands, push his hands, stand on my toes and heels, talk about my job and give me a prescription and said see you next month. Then I was speaking with my friend telling him how much I suffer. He highly recommended Dr. Stein, and I made the call and started seeing him instead. There are a few doctors left in this world that truly care about their patients and Dr. Stein is one of them. I have major carpal tunnel syndrome, fiber myalgia (spelling??), the neck of an 80 years as Dr. Stein says, nueropathy in my legs and chronic neck, back and hip pain. I always plan on being at his office for four hours. The staff will tell you this before you make your appointment. Especially the first one, the following appointments could be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on how you are feeling. Their… staff is well trained, very concerned if you are feeling okay and when I leave there I feel a 100% better. Recently I lost my Cobra and I am waiting for my new insurance to kick in. In the meantime, I knew I would have to pay for services rendered. Before I made my appointment, I alerted the front office people and they were able to help me out. They told me exactly what to expect for cash visits. If you are in enough pain then you got to do what you got to do. I love Dr. Stein, he is always making me feel better and he is super honest, and if he is having a bad day he will let you know and will give you the option of coming another day. We are all human and if you are having a bad day, you know how it feels. I can say nothing but excellent things about Dr. Stein. See you soon!!! I am in so much pain it isn't even funny.

Truly a wonderful doctor and staff. Everyone is so knowledgeable and caring. My visits were all so comfortable and relieved my pain, especially the shots I received late into my treatments. High praises all around.

Dr. Stein gave me acupuncture for the first time and just walked away from the room with needles sticking in me, without telling me for how long. His treatments did not help me at all. Then I thought I had paid everything and years later received something from collections. I have never been sent to collections and did not even know I owed something. My address had changed (though all my other mail was forwarded) but my phone number had not and they never called me. When I tried to contact them to get an itemized bill to see why I owed this amount they purposefully avoided my calls. When I finally got it I saw why- they had double charged me for physically therapy, had charged me for ice, etc. Never had such an experience before or since! In the end I had to pay it to not damage my credit though.

I waited about 40 minutes. No problem although long. The two receptionists attitude from the beginning like they hate what they do. I spent 4 hours total for issues with my neck and wrist, although they left me in a room for 30 minutes forgetting to tell me to go at the end. My insurance doesn't kick in until I reach my deductible since it's the start of the new year. The office visit is $250. But in four hours they gave me every possible test and pain reliever ever invented. I got a deep tissue massage and all different therapy methods on my neck and wrist. It felt great but I wish they gave me an option. I'm sure I will get a huge bill very shortly and I'm pretty broke to begin with, haha! Also Dr. Stein wasn't in the greatest mood. I could hear him complaining at staff in the hallway. I didn't say a word to him as he seemed frustrated the whole time. But all in all if you have good insurance I would recommend them as they do all different types of therapy on you.
